7. My File Doesn't Play, now what?

Try resuming the file download, you may have been disconnected from the source before it completed

If the file is complete, try using DivFix (http://www.divx-digest.com/software/divfix.htmlDivFix) to fix your file or see how corrupt it is.

If the file is beyond repair with DivFix, then ask the person for a patch.

Try opening the file with "options" checked in VirtualDub and then click on "Rekey." Save the file with the Video set to Stream.
