SmartFTP Leeching Tutorial

First download Smartftp from www.smartftp.com

This tutorial will teach you how to use SmartFTP to leech files from #animewired.

Step #1 - Installation.

You have to be an idiot to not be able to install this, so just follow all the default settings. When you're done, run SmartFTP.



Step #2 - Initial Configuration

When SmartFTP first runs, it will open a configuration (settings) window. This is where you set up everything. So, make sure your settings correspond to the ones in the images below.

On the GENERAL tab...


On the CONNECTION tab...


And Finally, on the NAVIGATION tab...



After you finish filling in all these values/settings, click OK. If you need to go back to these settings later for whatever reason, just press CTRL+O.


Step #3 - Connecting to an FTP

First, get your FTP info from #animewired.


Then, copy the information into SmartFTP, and press enter to connect.



Once a list of Folders and Files pops up in the main window of SmartFTP, you are ready to begin downloading files. Double Click a file to download it, if you used the same settings as in this tutorial you're files will be downloaded to C:\Downloaded. Don't forget to follow all the rules of any FTP server, and Serve whatever you leech whenever you can ^_^
